The St. Louis Cardinals have filed a lawsuit against a nonprofit, accusing it of breaching a contract and committing fraud by selling hundreds of tickets over face value.

The lawsuit says the Leagues of Extraordinary Gentlemen, which runs the Lewis & Clark Baseball League, last year was allotted 3,500 tickets at a discounted price through the team's Cardinals Care program.
