Spain PM meets with upstart party leaders after divided vote left him unable to govern alone

MADRID – Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy is meeting with the leaders of two upstart parties following the Dec. 20 election that gave Rajoy's party the most votes but left it without a parliamentary majority.

Rajoy met Monday morning with Pablo Iglesias, leader of the far-left Podemos party.
