Washington, D.C.-based company to present Seoul’s position on Japan’s war history

SEOUL—The South Korean government has engaged a U.S. public relations firm to promote its position on Japan’s war history ahead of a speech by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to Congress, an executive from the company said.
