The upcoming week in South Florida’s classical music world brings pianists (lots of them), percussionists and an orchestra filling a beach with music. The concerts stretch from Cutler Bay to Fort Lauderdale, so there will be music in the air for everyone.
The Miami International Piano Festival has moved north to Fort Lauderdale’s Broward Center for four concerts Sunday through Tuesday, with this year’s programming a tribute to the works of Alexander Scriabin and Sergei Rachmaninoff. Russian pianist Zlata Chochieva will give her solo concert at 3 p.m....
