According to a new study teenagers don’t get enough sleep. Researchers conducted a national survey and found that percentage of US teens who have seven or more hours of sleep per night is regularly decreasing.
Between 2011 and 2012, just forty three percent of 15 year olds say that they get at least seven hours of sleep. In 1990s around 52 percent of 15 year olds had at least seven hours of sleep.
