Perhaps it is quite in time if you start having the diet that you should have started eating for months. But is common sense that when you are not getting any results, starting a diet is easier but to stick to it is never easy. A new study suggests that people when they just have to make one or two simple changes keep trying to follow specific guidelines.

Lead study author Dr. Yunsheng Ma states, “For people who find it difficult to follow complex dietary recommendations, a simple-to-follow diet with just one message—increase your fiber intake—may be the way to go.”
