Small mindfulness meditation releases stress, improves attention

A new study has found that small doses of mindfulness meditation may help in reducing stress and depression, adding that it also improves attention and cognitive performance. The study added that it can also increase grey matter density in the brain.

The new study published in Psychoneuroendocrinology said that only small do of mindfulness training goes a long way in reducing mental stress.
