Sleeping 6 hours or less makes you vulnerable to catch cold

The US journal Sleep-published research paper has found that people who sleep six hours or less than that a night have more chances to catching cold. The research shares one more reason of having proper sleep.

Study's lead researcher Aric Prather, assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco said that when one is not able to have proper sleep, he feels irritated and tired. Prather said that they wanted to know to what extent a good night's sleep is protective.
