A new study suggests that if you want better sex you might want to get more sleep. University of Michigan Medical School postdoctoral researcher, David A. Kalmbach, from the Sleep and Circadian Rhythm Laboratory, explains that “The influence of sleep on sexual desire and arousal has received little attention in the field, but these findings indicate that insufficient sleep can decrease sexual desire and arousal for women,” adding “If you are having problems in the bedroom, one of the things to think about is are you getting enough sleep.”
