Mattel Inc. has named Christopher A. Sinclair as chief executive, charged with leading attempts to turn around sales at the world’s largest toymaker.
Sinclair, a former PepsiCo CEO who has been serving as Mattel’s interim CEO since January after the resignation of Bryan Stockton, also will continue as chairman.
