Shift Work and the Brain

A new study demonstrates that working abnormal hours for many years (known as “shift work”) can be rough on both the body and the brain. This new study says that performing shift work for at least ten years could have add an extra 6.5 years of age-related health decline to memory and critical thinking skills.
