NEW DELHI – Indian police have charged the U.N. climate panel's former chairman, Rajendra Pachauri, with sexually harassing a woman he worked with at a New Delhi energy institute.
Police filed the case Tuesday in a Delhi court, after investigating a complaint by one of Pachauri's colleagues at The Energy Research Institute when he headed the environmental think tank, Press Trust of India said.
