Serious concerns raised about Concussions

A novel study unveiled that symptoms of concussions remain similar despite the fact where the impact has taken place in high school football players. Lead author of the study, Dawn Comstock from the Colorado School of Public Health and the University of Colorado at Denver, said that they were quite surprised by this finding, as they were expecting different result.

Comstock was of the view that five to six concussions happen to high school player per 10,000 games or practices. "We wanted a more complete understanding of concussion in high school football", stated Comstock.
