A bill authored by Senator Mark Leno on Monday in the state Legislature asks for ban on e-cigarettes in public places. The bill aims to ban e-cigarettes from restaurants, bars and other workplaces in California where smoking is currently prohibited.
Leno addressed health concerns involved with the consumption of e-cigarettes and wants to make sure that these devices should be treated the same as regular cigarettes.
