A recent research performed by the University of California, stated that people who drink Grapefruit juice regularly, have seen a quick improvement in their physical health and appearance.
The research was conducted by dividing two groups. To the one group, no-pulp grapefruit juice was given and to the other group, artificially sweetened water, for a certain period of time. The results amazed the researchers as well.
