How female turtles find way to return to their home to lay eggs has baffled scientists for more than 50 years. But now researchers through a new study have found that migrating sea turtles use unique magnetic signatures to search way to their home.
According to the study, these sea turtles find their way home by relying on the unique magnetic signatures along the coast. And after they hatch, sea turtles travel thousands of miles in the ocean, and return back to the places where they were born.
