The dodo is the most well-known victim of human-caused extinction. And though our culture is rife with caricatures of the bird, for a long time we’ve had little idea how dodos actually looked and lived. Today, a team of scientists unveiled the first 3-D laser scan of the only two extant dodo bird skeletons.
