WASHINGTON – A somber and sad Rep. Aaron Schock R-Ill., delivered his last House speech on Thursday, heading into an uncertain future as the Justice Department investigates his spending of taxpayer and campaign funds and other business dealings.

Schock, 33, resigns on March 31. The Peoria lawmaker took to the House floor at 12:36 p.m. with few members in the chamber, most scattering already for the Easter and Passover holidays.
