It's the question we're all desperate to know the answer to: who wins Olivia Pope in Scandal Season 4: Episode 13? We last saw Miss Pope in the hands of the psychopathic Gus, who hijacked Ian's auction before stalling the bidding in order to accept a cash-in-hand offer from the Iranians. Before you read any further, if you missed last week's installment, "Gladiators Don't Run", check out our recap of Scandal Season 4: Episode 12 here. This week's episode pulls no punches, with "No More Blood" opening with Olivia being dragged to a rendezvous point with the Iranians in the desert. The woman responsible for handing over the money telephones the buyer and tells him, in Farsi, that he'd better confirm Olivia's identity if he's going to pay a million dollars for her. Ever the quick thinker, Olivia tells Gus, who hasn't understood a word, that the Iranians are plotting an ambush. He tells her to shut up and that he knows she doesn't speak Farsi, but Olivia begins talking to the woman, saying that Gus and his men are going to shoot her as soon as she hands over the money. With both groups now very nervous, the Iranians call off the deal and return to their car. Gus drags Olivia back to the Jeep.
Fitz, Cyrus and the rest of the White House staff attend a meeting to discuss Olivia's extraction. Director Lowry isn't confident, saying there's a 30% chance that Olivia can be safely rescued even with the US' best Navy SEALS. Fitz tells her to get the extraction plan in place, but Lowry says that ...
