Santana and Lindor homer for Indians in 4-2 win over Padres

Carlos Santana hit his second home run of the spring and Francisco Lindor had an inside-the-park shot to lead the Cleveland Indians past the San Diego Padres 4-2 on Sunday.

Trevor Bauer became the first Indians pitcher to go five innings this spring. He allowed a run-scoring double to Matt Kemp and a home run to Wil Myers, his second.
