Saks Fifth Avenue president Marigay McKee is stepping down from the luxury retailer after 15 months. She reportedly will be replaced by Marc Metrick, chief marketing officer at Saks’s parent company, Hudson’s Bay.
The move appears to be something of a surprise. According to the New York Times, McKee was slated to give a talk at NYU next week titled “What It Means to Be President of Saks Fifth Avenue”.
