Boris Nemtsov, an outspoken critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, was shot and killed in Moscow on Friday. Nemtsov is a former deputy prime minister. At one time, he was being groomed for the Russian presidency. To learn more about him and what his murder signals for the future of Russia, David Greene talks to NPR Moscow correspondent Corey Flintoff and Masha Lipman of the Carnegie Moscow Center.
