Rescuers and investigators were combing the site of a Russian plane crash in Egypt on Sunday as another airline halted flights over the Sinai pending clarity on what downed the airliner.
The Airbus A321 operated by Metrojet was carrying 224 people from Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg when it crashed shortly after takeoff in the Sinai peninsula on Saturday. All on board were killed.
