MOSCOW, October 20 (RIA Novosti) - Russian energy giant Gazprom has filled European underground storage facilities with 3.8 billion cubic meters of gas, with a total 5 billion planned, the company informed after an examination of energy readiness ahead of the 2014-2015 winter period.
