Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says his government is ready for dialogue with Petro Poroshenko, who holds a commanding lead in Ukraine's presidential election with more than half the ballots counted.
Lavrov said Monday that Russia respects the choice of the Ukrainian people.
