Russia must release intelligence officer

counterintelligence officer was abducted at gunpoint and taken across the border into Russia, but Russia reported the officer was detained while conducting an "undercover operation."

The incident comes just days after President Obama visited Estonia to reaffirm U.S. support for Baltic NATO allies. Estonia is one of five NATO countries that directly borders Russia. More than a quarter of its population is ethnic Russians.
