Rosetta Probe’s Attempt to Determine Philae Lander bears no fruit

On March 10, European Space Agency (ESA) announced that conditions were apt to make an attempt to re-contact with Philae lander. But efforts could not reach a successful conclusion.

Scientists affirmed that there was no problem in Rosetta’s performance, but no signals return from Philae. After this situation, the ESA scientists are considering two possibilities. Firstly, the lander is not able to collect sufficient energy to activate its radio.
