Rosehips; A New Hope For ER+ Breast Cancer; Study Finds

A recent study concludes that some herbal extracts can enhance the power of certain medicines. Rosehip for example, appears to increase the efficacy of cancer treatments as it has been shown to dramatically reduce the development and migration of cells from a specific type of breast cancer. This type of cancer (known as ER+ breast cancer), Aisha Shajahan-Haq, oncology research assistant professor comments that “The cancer can switch on a pro-survival pathway, enabling tumor cells to hunker down and wait out the attack.”
