Rome's Fiumicino airport closed due to overnight fire in international terminal

ROME – Authorities say Rome's Fiumicino international airport is closed due to an overnight fire.

Italy's flagship Alitalia airline said in a statement Thursday that all departures have been canceled up to 2 p.m. (1200 GMT) and that only intercontinental flights will be allowed to land during that period.
