Lawyers for Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez want to change courts in a suit his former attorneys filed over legal fees.
The firm of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP sued this summer, saying Rodriguez owes about $380,000. Rodriguez' current lawyers argued Friday the case should be tried in state court, not federal court.
