Restless Astronauts on Sleeping Pills

A study made by some prominent research centres, stated that astronauts face sleeplessness, due to which they rely on sleeping pills. These astronauts spend more than 4000 nights in the space, which includes space shuttle missions and visit to international space stations.

According to NASA, an astronaut must sleep eight hours in a day, which practically does not happen, as the astronauts lack sleep while making flight journeys and travelling for the shuttle missions.
