Restaurant fined for removing health inspection placard

HONOLULU (AP) — State health inspectors have fined a second Oahu restaurant for removing an inspection placard.

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser (http://bit.ly/1urPwqi) reports Ichiben restaurant, owned by 3 W Restaurant Group LLC in Waimalu, was fined $8,000 for removing a yellow "Conditional Pass" placard issued for health violations.
