Researchers: GPS clocks lag whenever dark matter passes by

Researchers will look for tiny discrepancies among a worldwide network of 12,000 GPS stations.

A new study by Andrei Derevianko of the University of Nevada, Reno, and Maxim Pospelov of the University of Victoria and Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Canada has found that the Global Positioning System might be able to further the search for dark matter.
