Researchers find more sand holes in Mount Baldy

Mount Baldy at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore will likely not be reopened for the public in the near future as a team of geologists found more holes in the mount and the research is still going on.

Erin Argyilan, associate geology professor at Indiana University Northwest, was at 126-foot-high Mount Baldy for a research on 12th of July, 2013, when a then-6-year-old boy from Sterling, Nathan Woessner, got buried alive in a sand dune that immediately turned into a hole.
