France on Wednesday summoned the U.S. ambassador to the French Foreign Ministry in Paris after WikiLeaks claimed the National Security Agency spied on three French presidents, according to reports.
Ambassador Jane Hartley is expected to appear at the ministry later Wednesday, the Associated Press said. Agence France-Presse also reported the development.
