'It Reminded Me Of A Conflict Zone'

Cyprien Fabre works in the Regional Support Office for West Africa of the Directorate-General for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection, part of the European Commission (the executive body of the European Union). He recently spent time in Kenema and Kailahun in Sierra Leone, some of the hardest-hit areas by the Ebola outbreak.
