Mumbai: Salman Khan, his family and his fans can breath a sigh of relief. The actor has been granted bail in the 2002 hit-and-run case by the Bombay High Court.
Khan was sentenced to five year jail term by Mumbai's session court on Wednesday. The actor was granted two days of interim bail by HC on Wednesday night. HC suspended the sentence given by the sessions court and the actor would not be taken into police custody now.
