Regular vitamin D tests are not beneficial for all, says study

There have been warnings in the past that vitamin D deficiency can result in damaging effects in adults. Studies have suggested that low vitamin D levels increase the risk of bone fractures, colorectal cancer, depression, Alzheimer’s disease, heart problems, diabetes and even death. However, the efficacy of regular vitamin D tests has been debated by experts for a long time.
