Reduction in Mistakes with Cough and Cold Medicines: Study

A novel research unveiled that after every eight minutes, children under the age of 6 experience frequent medication mistakes. The study published in the journal Pediatrics is based on the data from the National Poison Database System.

The database had 55 US poison control hotlines. The study unveiled that between 2002 and 2012, tens of thousands of errors were found.
