Reduced Consumption of Fructose could lessen Diabetes-related Morbidity

A research published in the Mayo Clinic Proceedings stated that by having reduced consumption of added sugars, and especially of fructose, chances reduce of having diabetes-related morbidity.

Study’s lead researcher James J. DiNicolantonio, from Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City, Mo., and colleagues affirmed that added fructose increases the risk of type-2 diabetes mellitus.
