Reduce stroke risks eating fish

Recent study shows that people who have diets high in protein are more likely to keep away from a stroke than those that don’t eat products higher in protein. Also, the study suggested that the proteins from fish are best to reduce stroke risk.

According to Xinfeng Liu, MD, PhD, from the Nanjing University School of Medicine in Nanjing, you have to eat at least 20 grams of proteins per day to reduce the risk of stroke.
