Moderate consumption of red wine or red grape juice might aid consumers to shed of fat, according to the findings of a new study. But before you jump to the store and get a bottle of red wine you should know that not all red wines have the same effect. As indicated by the experts behind the study, dark shaded grapes don’t have such quality.

Neil Shay, biochemist and molecular biologist at the Oregon State University in the US noted that the researchers neither expected nor found these elements to increase body weight.
