With an impending sentencing for their part in a federal financial fraud scheme, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Joe and Teresa Giudice won’t need their New Jersey properties for the foreseeable future. So the convicted couple has listed their mansion for $3.999 million as well as a canal-front house on the shore.
With Teresa facing up to 27 months in prison and Joe facing 46 months, there’s no need for the custom-built mansion in Towaco to be sitting around collecting dust. Maybe the chandelier- and marble-laden abode will help pay for some of the couple’s legal bills and debts owed.
