Reading on your gadget before night time is unhealthy

Reading on a device that emits light like tablet or phone before going to bed affects one’s sleep according to a new research. Anne-Marie Chang said that reading from tablets and phones can delay your sleep to up to 10 minutes as compared when reading it from a printed book. Chang is a Penn State biobehavioral health professor.

In addition, it also decreases the level of alertness in the morning according to Chang.
