Reader calls quiet Lexington Grille exceptional

Skip Vaughan writes: "About a month ago, my wife and I enjoyed an intimate dinner for two at the Lexington Grille on Lexington Street, a block from the corner of Shepherd and the Southwest Freeway. As I was on my last bite of dessert, I motioned to the owner/manager to come over and I asked him to sit down for a minute. We told him how much we enjoyed our dinner and shared with him that our meals were as fine as we had had anywhere.

"Last night (St. Patrick's Day), I hosted a small group for my wife's birthday at the Lexington Grille. We again had an outstanding dining experience, and all five of us raved about our meal.
