It took 60 weeks, but Japan’s Marie Kondo is finally queen of USA TODAY’s Best-Selling Books list. Her wildly popular “de-cluttering” book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, hits No. 1 for the first time ever. (The full list will publish on Thursday.)
Published on Oct. 14, 2014, Magic entered the top 150 on Nov. 6, 2014 at No. 104. The book, one of the breakout titles of 2015 and now a hot seller into 2016, has spent 60 weeks on the list, and reached its previous peak – No. 2 – just last week.
