Psychedelic drug use does not increase the risk of mental health problems

A new study conducted by clinical psychologist Pål-Ørjan Johansen and neuroscientist Teri Krebs from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology has found that the use of psychedelic drugs does not increase the risk of mental health problems. The findings were published in the Journal of Psychopharmacology.

They found that on several measures, the use of psychedelic drugs is linked with fewer mental health problems.
