Romanian anti-corruption prosecutors say they have searched the home of the son of a former Moldovan president on suspicion of corruption-related charges.
Prosecutors carried out a search of the home of Sergiu Lucinschi, a businessman who also has Romanian citizenship, late Monday. A statement said he was suspected of criminal corruption charges from 2014 to March 2015, and the Romanian Intelligence Agency assisted the investigation.
