Pour a cuppa and get ready for 'Downton Abbey's' return

Creatively, the bloom may be wearing off the rose that is "Downton Abbey," but audiences don't seem to mind. The British import drew an average audience of 13.2 million viewers during its fourth season, making it PBS' top drama in the network's history.

That said, Season 4 could've possibly been the show's jump-the-shark year. The absence of deliciously villainous maid O'Brien was one blow; emphasizing the antics of flighty cousin Rose — the Cousin Oliver of the Grantham clan — was another.
