Obama could learn a lot from Putin. Obama is basically illiterate in geography, history, geopolitics, foreign languages and cultures. So all of his world dominance plans are doomed to fail.

Russia is a global joke. Their GDP per capita is now lower than Czech Republic or Greece. Half the municipalities in Russia have raw sewage flowing through town. It is quickly becoming a third world country. America may have its problems, but there is absolutely NOTHING Russia can teach a modern country.
